7th Grade Washington Team
First, I would like to introduce myself to my students, parents, and guardians. My name is Miss Ferrante and I will be teaching 7th grade Mathematics on the Washington Team this year. I am very excited to be implementing the Connected Mathematics program this year. Throughout the year we will be exploring number relationships, fractions, integers, data analysis, ratio, proportions, geometry, algebra and much more. My windows classes will be investigating logic applications, operations and numbers, formulas, inequalities, algebra, geometry and geometric relationships.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact me through e-mail or telephone. I look forward to a great year and I wish all the students much success.

Please vote in support of the school budget on Tuesday, April 21st! It seems as if every year we always say "if the budget isn't passed, there will be dire consequences...” THIS year, that is true more than ever. The state has not increased the money we have received while costs continue to rise. If the budget were to go down this year the effects will most definitely be felt by your children and their teachers. Class sizes will get even larger (30+), many teachers will be cut and some of the programs we have all come to love will be gone. Please support the budget on Tuesday. We need your help to keep Wayne's schools the best in the county.
