 Welcome to the 3rd & 4th Grade Spanish Webpage!

  

FALL CONFERENCES

Please email me if you would like to set up a meeting regarding your child's progress in Spanish.  When you email me, please give me 2 days and times that are good for you and then I will confirm.  Conferences are the following days:

December 2nd (1:30pm - 3:15pm)

December 3rd (1:30pm - 3:15pm) (6:30pm - 8:45pm)

December 4th (1:30pm - 3:15pm)

Watch PLANETA U on Univision (check local listings for channel information)!!!

PLANETA U shows on Saturdays from 8 - 11am.

Estudiante del Mes (Student of the Month)

In order to be chosen as estudiante del mes, the student must have completed all assignments on time, participate in class, etc.  El estudiante del mes will be posted at the end of the month and receive a small certificate along with a homework pass.

Club meetings will be held on the first Wednesday of every month:

***All meetings will be held in the cafeteria from 3 – 3:30 pm .***               

Grading Procedures:

H = 100 – 90  

G = 89 – 80   

S  = 79 – 70  

N = 69 or less

 

Homework is posted for the whole cycle.  Please check your child's schedule to see when he/she has Spanish Class.

 

Cycle of:  November 19th - November 30th

Grade 3

Day A: NONE

Day B: Finish completing "Actividad" paper if not done in class.

Grade 4

Day A: NONE

Day B: NONE

***Note:  Homework worksheets may not always be available on this webpage.  It is the student's responsibility to get another copy from the World Language Office***

***Note:  Homework is due the next time we meet.  Homework is graded with a check system.  If homework is not in class on the day it is due, the student will be reminded to make it up.  Late homework will receive partial credit.  Homework that is not handed in will result in the loss of 10 points from their homework/classwork grade.  Homework can always be placed in my mailbox (must have name and grade at the top of the assignment).***
