What is going on now. 

-Students will begin this year by learning about Political Systems and how they help maintain control in society.

Going on Now in Class

Students have begun the political system of the Romans.

Students will learn about the Roman Republic and how it has influenced our own American form of government.

Students will understand the concept of Absolute Monarch and witness the power of the Roman Emperors.

Students will see the influence and power of the Aristocracy in ancient Rome and how that led to the destruction of the Roman civilization.
