MEMBERSHIP

 

It is still not too late to become a member of the Anthony Wayne PTO.   Remember…in order to be able to volunteer at any of our events you must be a paid PTO member.

CANTEEN INFORMATION

 

IMPORTANT:   All students must be prepaid in order to be admitted into the canteen.   NO CHILD WILL BE ADMITTED UNLESS THEY HAVE PAID IN ADVANCE.   THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.


STUDENT CANTEEN RULES & POLICIES

 

Parents/Guardians :   Please review the following policies with your son/daughter.   These policies must be followed and will be strictly enforced. The safety of your children is our priority.

 

ALL SCHOOL RULES APPLY at the Student Canteens.  

  • Each student’s behavior must be guided by what he/she knows to be acceptable as a student of Anthony Wayne Middle School.
  • The Student Canteen committee will use their discretion if a student exhibits behavioral problems during a Student Canteen.   Parents must be aware that if any student’s behavior, language, or dress code is found to be improper or objectionable, the parents will be called and are expected to remove the student from the canteen immediately.
  • Any recurring behavior problems may result in permanent suspension of Student Canteen privileges.
  • Students who are absent or have an in school or out of school suspension on a Student Canteen day will not be allowed to attend that evening, under any circumstances.  

STUDENT CANTEEN HOURS are 7:00PM to 9:00PM.   NO EARLY DROP OFFS.

  • Sixth grade students must enter through the Cafetorium.
  • Seventh and Eighth grade students must enter through the Main Entrance.
  • Arrange to pick up your child promptly at 9:00 PM .
  • Students leaving early must have a parent/guardian come into the building and sign them out.
  • Students are not permitted to use the office phone or pay phone for social arrangements made or changed during the Student Canteen.   Phone calls will be permitted only in case of an emergency.

STUDENT CANTEEN DRESS CODE POLICY :   The Wayne Public Schools dress code policy will be enforced at the Student Canteen.   NO EXCEPTIONS.   Parents will be notified if dress is inappropriate.

 

STUDENTS CANNOT GO TO THEIR LOCKERS .   The PTO is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.   Leave all valuables at home.

 

ONLY ANTHONY WAYNE MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS ARE ALLOWED AT STUDENT CANTEENS .    For safety and insurance reasons parents are requested not to bring any children that do not attend Anthony Wayne to the school.

 

NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE FOLLOWING RULES!

NO SALES AT THE DOOR

SIGNED CANTEEN PERMISSION SLIPS MUST BE ON FILE IN ORDER TO    PAY FOR ADMISSION
