FALL FUNDRAISER SPECIAL NOTICE!

 

TO ALL PARTICIPANTS, PLEASE NOTE:   ADJUSTMENT/RETURN DEADLINE

 

Please report any missing items, damage or adjustment concerns to the appropriate chair below as soon as possible. THE DEADLINE IS NOVEMBER 30, 2009.

 

We do expect replacements to be delivered and distributed prior to the holiday break in December. (Please note: The Fundraising company does not re-send perishable items.)

 

Please have:   Child’s name, grade and homeroom teacher, item description and item number handy when reporting.

 

With respect to the prizes, if a certain prize has been sold out, the vendor reserves the right to replace that prize with another gift from the appropriate category. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We urge all AWMS parents to get involved by joining the PTO, so that you may participate in any of our events throughout the year.    PTO meetings help keep you informed and give you the opportunity to speak out about what is important to you and your middle school child.    Hope to see you there!
