Girls, I want to congratulate you
on having the top GPA among area track teams! I am so proud of you!
(I hope you enjoyed the picture--at the top of the page, no less--in the Post-
Crescent and the recognition.)
You gave the season a happy ending by performing so well at the State meet.
And then you showed everyone why you merited these honors:
you are self-motivated, intelligent, hard-working, and team-oriented.
Thank you.
Guys, you seem to have deserved the honor, too: you finished second--
by one one-hundredth of a point. Congrats!
(You might recall the boys' track team was first last spring.)
To both teams--what a wonderful way to end the 2008 season!
Congratulations and thank you!
