Advanced Keyboarding - 6th Grade
Objectives:
Demonstrate knowledge of the letter keys. With fingers on the home row, locate the numbers 2 & 6.
Activities: Complete Lessons 25 & 26
Word Processing - 7th Grade
Objectives:
Format a page for a full block style letter. Use the spell checker.
Activities:
Complete lessons 78 & 79

Accounting - SHS
Objectives: Students will be able to:
Record transactions to set up a business in a five-column journal.
Record transactions to buy insurance for cash and supplies on account.
Record transactions that affect owner's equity and receiving cash on account.
Prove and rule a five-column journal and prove cash.
Activities:Complete activities related to Chapter 3. Begin Chapter 4 reading and activities.
Chapter 3 test is on Wednesday, February 18!!!
Standards: National Business Education Standards
I. The Accounting Cycle Achievement Standard: Complete and explain the purpose of the various steps in the accounting cycle.
II. The Accounting Process Achievement Standard: Apply generally accepted accounting principles to determine the value of assets, liabilities, and owner's equity.
III. Financial Statements Achievement Standard: Prepare, interpret, and analyze financial statements using manual and computerized systems for service, merchandising, and manufacturing businesses.
