GENERAL SUPPLIES NEEDED EVERY DAY IN CLASS:
  • SSR book
  • Agenda
  • Binder with labeled sections
  • Blank 3-hole lined paper
  • 2 sharpened pencils
  • Blue or black pen
  • Red pen or pencil
  • Highlighter
  • Markers when requested
  • 5 colored pencils

Help class -

Thursday 3 to 4 PM.  Please arrange for a ride home at 4:00.

Reading is an important part of our reading program in sixth grade.  SSR homework will be assigned 20 minutes nightly Monday through Thursday.  A MINIMUM of 60 pages must be read each week.

Every Friday a written response will be done in class about what was read for homework.

Each marking period a book project will be required.  A list of books completed will be kept track  of on a green card that will be kept in school.
