 Math 7 concepts covered:

 fractions, decimals, percents     basic geometry skills     basic algebra skills

probability            ratios/proportions            graphs          problem solving techniques

Parents things to look for:

textbook at home

homework every night (except test/quiz days)

organized math notebook including notes, class work, and homework for every section taught (in numerical order)

Performance Assessments (word problem) are given out each Mon. and are due on every Thurs.

SUPPLIES NEEDED FOR MATH CLASS:

 *one inch binder                  *calculator--suggestion=scientific (casio fx300W or TI 30)

 *notebook paper      *pencils, highlighter, colored pencils        *protractor and ruler (to be kept at home)
