The field trip to The University of Akron went quite well.  I believe the students had a great time: I know I did. We certainly had a beautiful day for it!
 The common assessment test covering the Forces and Motion Unit will be on Monday, November 23rd.  (Although I don't typically like Mondays for tests, I am working around tests in other courses and the numerous extra-curricular activities going on, so Monday is the day.) This will be a common assessment test, so its weight is 65% of their final grade. When we return, we will start our unit on energy and waves.
