Welcome to Kindergarten! 
 
 
We are busy getting ready for the end of the year and our visit to the Akron Zoo.       Everyone is eager to go!   Please continue reading to your child   daily.   To ensure that you child has a solid base in language development this is a fundamental place to begin!   Listen to your child read his/her Poetry Notebook weekly, help review letters and sounds assigned as homework, and practice writing names and vocabulary words the "Kindergarten" way!    
 
Thanks so much for participating in "Book It", the principal's "Reading Challenges", and reading the "Book-in-a-Bag" with your child each night.   We are rapidly closing in on summer vacation.   Please review your child's address and phone number with him/her along with the following flash cards.
