Summer is almost here! We are all looking forward to the warm summer months.
1. If your child is in need of any immunizations, please check with your doctor early in the summer. Please get it and bring a copy of the immunization and/or physical to school.
2. Kindergarteners and pre-schoolers must have a physical to start the school year.
3. All pre-schoolers and kindergarteners will need to have a varicella(chicken pox) vaccination or documentation that they had the disease.
4. All high schoolers must have had their immunizations up to date to receive their schedules.
5. If you need to speak to the nurse over the summer, please leave a message with the secretary of the building in which your child is a student. She will return your call as soon as possible.
6. If your child will be participating in sports, cheerleading or poms, they will need a current physical on file in the nurse's office to participate.
7. Have a great summer. Try a new fruit or vegetable with your child. Try a new activity. Be well.
