I will be successful if you read to me and you listen to me as I read to you.

I will be successful if I eat a well balanced diet on a regular schedule and get enough rest.  Bedtime should be 8:00pm.

I will be successful if I follow the household rules and have goals to attain.

I will be successful if you stay involved in my education.  This includes the programs I watch on television, discussions of the world around me, and learning new things daily.  You should limit the amount of time I watch popular TV programs.   Instead, you should also pick neat, wholesome channels and programs such as PBS (Channel 8), National Geographic, The Science Channel, The History Channel, The Learning Channel, Animal Planet, and Discovery Channel.     The Science Channel  and others have programs that will stimulate my mind and possibly bring out my constructive and creative abilities.                           (Also, verify the program content your child will view beforehand).
