I can't believe that first quarter is over already! We've had a busy and productive start to our year. We recently went to Covenant Harbor in Lake Geneva and had a wonderful time there. The kids worked really well together and had a great day. We were thankful to have nice weather at the end of October for our day there! In our homeroom, we look forward to celebrating Jobe's birthday at the end of November and Jacob's birthday in December. The kids did a great job collecting boxtops for the first turn-in. We didn't win this time, but we can try again for the next turn-in.
Parent-Teacher Conferences are this week-Nov. 4 from 1:30-3:30 and Nov. 5 from 4:00-5:30 and 6:00-8:00. I look forward to seeing you there. (Don't forget, 5th-8th grade conferences are in the cafeteria.)
