Welcome to a new school year! I hope you have all enjoyed your summer!

Here are some fun things to do as you get ready for 2nd Grade!

*Keep a journal telling about all the fun things you are doing over the summer and keep it up throughout the year! It's always fun to go back and read what you have written!

 *Read! Try to spend at least 15 minutes each day reading! There are so many great books!

Magic School Bus Chapter Books

*Practice you addition and subtraction facts.

Time yourself and try to get faster each time through!

*Most importantly-- take time each day to pray!

God is always ready to listen!
