Math:

We will be starting chapter 4 which is on Fractions.

Social Studies:

We will be starting chapter 4 on India which the students have a project that will be due next Tuesday. We will also be learning the names and locations of all the countries in Asia. The country test will be on November 25^th. Students will be given a map to study with and a website on my webpage is a great why to study. Students will be given a word bank on the test, so spelling of the words will not be a problem.

Reading :

We will be starting unit 6 on Tuesday the 17^th. The chapter 6test will be on Tuesday the 24th.

Keep reading The lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe. Your student will have question about the story to answer every week.

English:

• We have begun work on our persuasive writing paper.   They will receive a rubric on Friday, November 20^th.   We will, again, have plenty of class time to work.   I have not set a due date yet.
• Tuesday, November 24: Adverb test & spelling test

Science:

 We are working on weathering and erosion this week. We will do some online labs and continue reading chapter 2 in the book.

Religion:  

We are working Chapter 5, the story of Moses and the Exodus.
